Yeah, seen them live 3 times and I'm doing so next year too =). Cobain's death was the best thing that happened to Dave Grohl lol.

Heh, I'd have to agree. But without Nirvana, and especially Cobain, he would've never been able to pull it off. Even as awesome as he is.

Yeah, except Cobain was a stupid nutter (suicidal says it all :P). Nirvana was also going no where without Grohl, seeing as every drummer they had before him sucked and then when they got him they suddenly hit it big.

Hmmm...yet he was still a genius in a lot of ways. Grohls drumming was always solid, but nothing special, especially in the early days, now I would say differently. I would think he learned a lot about songwriting from Cobain. But I'm not so into either that I've read their life stories so...
